Sleep, Eat, Work

    I must admit that I love sleeping and eating. Work sometimes deprives me of the time to enjoy my basic needs. So whenever I have the luxury to pamper myself I treat myself to photo walks and eating out with friends at new places we hear about.   Relaxation gives me the energy I need to listen to our clients and render them care they so deserve.

I am guilty of eating too much on certain days of the week especially when I just finished a twenty four hour tour of duty but make it a point to exercise regularly.

Banana split is one of my favorite desserts. The tempting creamy sweetness of ice cream against the soft, chewy yellow banana is something that never fails to stir happiness from my taste buds up to my brain. I just learned that a cousin is about to venture into a restaurant business. Her husband I heard is a good chef, that I'd love to prove the soonest possible time.
